Oak Bluffs forms Working Group to develop use concepts for 1 Circuit Avenue property. The newly formed 1 Circuit Avenue Working Group, chaired by Select Board member Sean DeBettencourt, held its first meeting Wednesday and elected Pam Rogers as Clerk, approving its draft Formal Charge and Mandate by consensus. Town Administrator Wendy Brough will provide support.
The group will develop two to four use concepts for the downtown property, which the town has already appropriated funds to acquire, and present them to voters at the Special Town Meeting through a nonbinding preference poll, targeting early November for public input.
