Oak Bluffs Board of Health approves septic variances for undersized Spruce Avenue lot. The board unanimously approved five variance requests for the Gault Family Revocable Trust property at 9 Spruce Avenue, allowing reduced setbacks for a 1500-gallon MicroFAST denitrification tank with a condition to maintain 10-foot separation to the water main. Health Agent Alexa Arieta prioritized protecting the public water main, and an abutter raised no major objections.
The board also authorized Chair William White to sign a regional Visiting Nurse Association contract consolidating services across Oak Bluffs, Tisbury, and Edgartown, coordinated with town administrator Wendy Brough.
