Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission advanced three environmental permits in a single hearing. The board unanimously approved a negative determination for Martha's Vineyard Hospital's demolition of its 1929 Building at 1 Hospital Road, clearing the first phase of a two-phase renovation located within a wetland buffer and 100-year flood zone; a second construction phase will require separate Notice of Intent review. The Commission also unanimously approved a revised Notice of Intent for garage and driveway construction at 52 Martha's Park Road, after requiring the driveway to be relocated outside the flood zone.

A Certificate of Compliance for a residential house construction project was unanimously approved. Sharon Cooke was unanimously re-appointed to the Land Bank Advisory Committee.
