Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission continues two Notice of Intent hearings for wetland developments. Chair Joan Hughes led the Commission in unanimously continuing hearings on a proposed residential development at 27 County Road, within wetland and the 100-year flood zone, and an amended notice for view-channel and tree-cutting at 229 Massachusetts Avenue, in the flood-zone buffer, both to March 5, 2026. Snow prevented a thorough site visit for the first case; the second case proceeded with a site visit.

The Commission also unanimously approved its January 15 meeting minutes.
