Oak Bluffs Economic Development Council approves five-year development-plan RFP. Chair Mark Leonard presided as the council unanimously approved sending the request to Town Administrator Brough for processing and approved an introduction letter to approximately 140 town-licensed business owners. The council voted three in favor, zero opposed, and one abstention on June meeting minutes.
The council is exploring a $3,000 OpenGov software investment for automating business licensing and recently accepted responsibility for managing the town's fireworks event and parking.
