Eight Oak Bluffs Properties Change Hands in Late July, Median Tops $1 Million
Eight properties recorded deed transfers in Oak Bluffs between July 24 and July 29, per the Dukes County Registry of Deeds. Four sales disclosed a price, ranging from $575,000 to $1,885,000, with a median of $1,087,500; the other four did not disclose a consideration amount. The period's highest-priced transaction was 18 Puritan Dr., which sold for $1,885,000 on July 29 from trustee Carole Simpson Marshall to Kimberly Bradberry. Puritan Drive recorded two transfers the same day, and three of the four disclosed-price sales listed a bank or mortgage-related entity as the buyer. Based on the record count alone, activity was concentrated in a single week and modest overall.
