Oak Bluffs Finance Committee reviews water protection fund participation before board vote. Committee Chair Bob Malecki reported the Select Board will meet jointly with the Wastewater Department on July 7 to consider joining the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund, which would reduce sewer assessments from $18,000 to $14,000 for current users and from $46,000 to $35,000 for new users.
