Oak Bluffs deed sales range from $215,000 to $3.75 million as institutional buyers feature prominently

Six deeds recorded in Oak Bluffs from July 10 to July 14 show sale prices ranging from $215,000 to $3,750,000 among the three transactions that disclosed a price, with a median of $1,320,000. The period's top sale was 14 Narragansett Ave at $3,750,000, sold by Four Sisters Inn MV LLC to Peoples Credit Union. Three of six buyers were financial institutions rather than individuals, and one transfer was an intra-family trust conveyance at 62 Mountain Ave. Half the recorded deeds did not disclose a sale price, which is typical for deed data and limits what can be said about pricing trends this period.
