The month's top sale was 33 Windemere Rd., which sold for $1.7 million to Martha's Vineyard Hospital Inc. Five of the six deeds involved a corporate, institutional or trust party as buyer or seller; only the $1,185,000 sale of 61 D Ocean Ave. was a transfer between individual buyer and seller. One deed's address and price were not yet available in registry data.
