OAK BLUFFS — Planning Board rejected Robin's Nest subdivision plan after applicant withdrew Martha's Vineyard Commission review. The four-member board of Chair Mark Crossland, Vice Chair Chris Chambers, and Members Erik Albert and Scott Slarsky voted unanimously to deny the Form B preliminary plan application on September 10, citing the applicant's absence despite confirming attendance and a looming September 21 decision deadline. The board also unanimously endorsed an ANR for 17 Madison Avenue and 66 Munroe Avenue, structuring two 1,875-square-foot undersized lots to be held with adjoining parcels for zoning compliance.
A Sunny Field definitive subdivision application was continued to September 24 pending perc test results and Board of Health review.
