OAK BLUFFS — Planning Board defers Robin's Nest 24-lot subdivision for regional review. Vice Chair Chris Chambers led the board's unanimous vote to refer the preliminary plan for the Lagoon Pond watershed property to the Martha's Vineyard Commission. The proposal includes nine island-resident-restricted lots and two to three affordable units at 50 to 80 percent of the area median income, with 63 percent of the land preserved for natural features and pitch pine groves.
The board continued the matter to June 11 pending the regional commission's input.
