Oak Bluffs School Committee approved $6,230 in administrative salary increases before new superintendent's tenure. The three-member committee voted unanimously to increase structural salaries for Principal Jeremy Light ($2,425), Assistant Principal Carlin Hart ($2,177), and Technologist Genc Brinja ($1,628). Superintendent Dr.
Richie Smith proposed the raises to avoid placing the negotiation on incoming Superintendent Jaime Curley early in her employment. The committee also unanimously approved end-of-year budget transfers, policy readings, the reappointment of Chair Rizwan Malik, and the acceptance of staff member Ashley Andrews's resignation.
