Member Barbara Baskin called the meeting to order and led the committee through a review of zoning bylaws covering sign regulations, the application procedures, and the 14-day turnaround time for applications submitted through OpenGov. The committee then unanimously voted to appoint Dana Hughes as Chair and Marta Van Ranst as Secretary.
