Two disclosed sales anchor active August deed recording in Oak Bluffs
Oak Bluffs recorded eight deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two disclosed a sale price: 90 Munroe Ave at $3,805,450 and 42 Temahigan Ave at $1,215,000, for a median of $2,510,225 among disclosed sales. The other six transactions, including two adjoining Norris Avenue properties transferred the same day, listed no consideration amount, consistent with trust and family transfers common in deed records. With most of the period's activity price-undisclosed, the data show steady recording volume but limited visibility into actual market values this month.
