OAK BLUFFS — Zoning Board denies Green Villa 40B development pending Martha's Vineyard approval. The board voted 4-0 to deny the application for 71/77/79 Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road and 10 Gamba Road without prejudice. Board consultant Joe Peznola stated the ZBA cannot issue a comprehensive permit without prior MVC approval; the applicant declined an extension, forcing the denial.
However, the board accepted its draft approval decision as its position on the project's merits, allowing the applicant to bring the draft to the MVC.
