OAK BLUFFS — Zoning Board continues Bradley deck-platform hearing; Rogers to address enforcement concerns. The board unanimously continued the special permit hearing for Melissa Bradley's application to build a free-standing deck platform in a non-conforming R2 lot at 125 Seaview Avenue to February 18. Chair Llewellyn Rogers also pledged to follow up with the Building Official regarding neighbors' complaints about a prior July 2024 zoning decision on Great Rock Road equipment storage.
