Five Oak Bluffs Property Deeds Recorded in September, Just Two Prices Available So Far
Oak Bluffs recorded five property deed transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two carried a sale price by publication time: $125,000 for 68 Pacific Ave and $156,000 for 23 Keystone Rd, the month's top recorded sale, putting the median at $140,500. The other three transfers, on Brush Pond Road, Canonicus Avenue and one with no listed address, have no price on record yet, typical of the registry's usual reporting lag. With just five total transfers and three still pending price data, the period points to limited, not clearly active, recorded sales activity in town.
