Ten Oak Bluffs Deeds Recorded, but Just Two Carry a Price So Far

The Dukes County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 Oak Bluffs property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carry a posted sale price so far: $350,000 for 76 Summit Ave and $3,805,450 for 90 Munroe Ave, the month's top recorded sale. Prices for the other eight, including a cluster of five properties moved into a family trust on Norris Avenue, Vineyard Avenue, Jennifer Way and Dukes County Avenue, had not yet posted to the registry as of this report. Based on volume alone, 10 recorded transfers is a typical pace for the town; pricing data should fill in over the coming weeks.
