Oak Bluffs Records Eight Property Deeds in July, Topped by $1.02 Million Winne Avenue Sale
Eight property deeds were recorded in Oak Bluffs between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $100,000 to $1,021,250 with a median of $617,500 among those four. The month's top disclosed sale was 26 Winne Ave. at $1,021,250, recorded July 6, with Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. listed as buyers. The remaining four transfers -- including a certificate of death, a condo common-expense certificate, and a within-family trust transfer at 47 Wing Road -- carried no price. With half the transfers lacking price data, the period offers limited grounds for reading market direction.
